What the role is:You will be part of the Human Resource & Organisational Development (HROD) team within the Corporate Services Division that seeks to establish itself as a trusted and strategic partner to NYC divisions, aiming to position NYC as the "employer of choice" for individuals who are passionate about youth development.What you will be working on:As a Senior Manager/ Manager (HROD), you will play a key role in driving the development and implementation of HR policies, strategies and initiatives to achieve NYC\'s strategic outcomes focusing on three key areas: 1) HR Business Partner (HRBP) \xe2\x96\xaa Partner Divisions in talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement, and development, and champion HR strategies and initiatives. \xe2\x96\xaa Understand and anticipate Divisions\' concerns and provide HR guidance, support and solutions to drive employee engagement and performance to achieve the organisation\'s strategic goals. 2) Learning Development \xe2\x96\xaa Design learning strategies using analytics to ensure alignment with organisational goals and values while fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. \xe2\x96\xaa Partner Divisions to identify and review learning needs and functional competencies, and roll out suitable learning strategies and programmes to enhance the employees\' competencies. This includes providing resources in using competencies for performance management and career development. \xe2\x96\xaa Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives, and recommend improvements. \xe2\x96\xaa Assist in managing budget and resources effectively, ensuring efficient allocation to achieve departmental goals and objectives. \xe2\x96\xaa Stay current on learning methodologies and best practices. 3) Organisational Development \xe2\x96\xaa Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to enhance organisational performance, workforce capability and foster a positive work culture. \xe2\x96\xaa Identify organisation\'s areas of strength and opportunities through analysis of quantitative and qualitative feedback from organisation assessment surveys. \xe2\x96\xaa Advise business unit leaders on culture building and change management, working with them to develop effective initiatives.What we are looking for:Join us if you have the passion in the people business!
