[What the role is:]
You will be part of the team to enable the next generation intelligence on all National Library Board (NLB) digital platforms, at scale.

[What you will be working on]:

  • You will be formulating and executing marketing strategies for the Archives and Libraries Group (ALG) comprising the Public Libraries, National Archives of Singapore and the National Library
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Marketing Technology (MarTech) strategy aimed at enhancing patron engagement, streamlining marketing processes, and driving growth
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of push campaigns, including email marketing and mobile notifications. Implement segmentation, A/B testing, and automation to boost patron engagement and conversions
  • Utilise marketing technology and analytics tools to implement campaigns, meticulously track and report on performance, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and media buy strategies in alignment to stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 marketing strategies, operational plans and budgets
  • Drive the enhancement of marketing and digital experiences with agility. Establish scalable workflows, processes, and digital operations governance, ensuring effective communication to all relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate with all divisions within ALG on annual work planning, aligning marketing calendars, and defining project timelines from ideation to launch

[What we are looking for]:
  • Proven 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in marketing and operating in a marketing technology environment
  • Familiarity in business environment analysis, patron intelligence analysis and data analytics
  • Strong in customer service, partnership and stakeholder management
  • Experience in marketing campaign management, content strategy and brand management
  • Proficiency in employing top-of-class MarTech tools such as Salesforce & Tableau, etc, is advantageous
  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong team player with good networking skills
Work location will be at the Marine Parade Public Library. As the library is currently closed for renovation, the current work location is at the National Library Building.

Successful applicant will be appointed on an initial two-year contract.
