[What the role is]

You will be part of the team to enable the next generation intelligence on all National Library Board (NLB) digital platforms, at scale.

[What you will be working on]

• Reporting to Assistant Director, Marketing/ Digital Experience, you will be formulating and executing marketing and branding strategies for the Archives and Libraries Group (ALG) comprising the Public Libraries, National Archives of Singapore and the National Library to establish brand consistency and increase its brand equity.
• Drive the marketing and digital experience with agility, establish scalable workflows, processes and digital operations governance and communicate to all relevant users.
• Lead research in market intelligence to derive insights into NLB\xe2\x80\x99s marketing directions. Also lead in the research and development of patrons\xe2\x80\x99 personas and journeys.
• Lead and guide the team in digital marketing execution to drive acquisition and retention, employing digital marketing efforts such as programmatic and native advertising, SEO/SEM, email marketing, web-targeting and backlink.
• Work with all divisions in ALG on annual work planning, alignment on marketing calendar and defining project timelines from ideation to launch.
• Drive the building of data-driven campaign ad tag management across paid advertising and owned digital assets.
• Lead in the development of marketing collaterals and content marketing pieces to meet organisational objectives and marketing strategies.

[What we are looking for]

• 5 - 8 years of relevant experience, with at least three years of supervisory experience
• Familiarity in business environment analysis, patron intelligence analysis and data analytics
• Strong in customer service, partnership and stakeholder management
• Experience in marketing campaign management, content strategy and brand management. Experience in employing MarTech would be advantageous.
• Strong team player with good networking skills

Work location will be at the Marine Parade Public Library. As the library is currently closed for renovation, the current work location is at the National Library Building. Successful applicant will be appointed on an initial two-year contract.
