You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.What you will be working on:We are looking for a suitable Manager/Senior Manager to manage the following areas: i) Service Operations Planning & Management ii) Service Data Management & Analytics iii) Customer Service & Case Management Manage operations of ServiceSG (outsourced email centre) and work closely with the appointed vendor on training and service excellence Analyse data for reporting and provide customer insights, as well as drive development/data insights projects Analyse call and email data and nature of enquiries for enhanced citizen experiences/service journey Streamline/review SOPs for process improvementsWhat we are looking for:
