You will contribute in the marketing development process, from project conceptualization through execution, to ensure that our projects meet the need and lifestyle choices of target markets. You will also be involved in market research, coordinating and executing sales launches as well as continuously building a network of business contacts.Responsibilities

  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans leading up to new residential sales launch
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful launch strategies
  • Develop and execute customer centric marketing plans for every new residential launch
  • Maintain a creative mindset to push for innovative marketing tools and novel design ideas for new residential launch
  • Develop and manage branding, advertising and marketing/promotion campaigns within budgetary allocations
  • Manage social media presence and direct programs to promote awareness, enhance media reputation and recognition
  • Coordinate and monitor the fitting-out of show gallery for new residential sales and fit-out of on-site units of completed projects and show gallery logistics
  • Conceptualising, planning & coordination for the preview/launch event
  • Conduct comparative analysis and undertake continuous analysis of newly launched developments and market response to apartment provisions/trends and sales performance
  • Establish and build networking channels with agents and key industry stakeholders
Requirements
  • A good degree in Marketing, Building or Real Estate
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a managerial role, with a real estate developer, consultant or agency
  • Self-motivated and customer-oriented
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital media and brand management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a hands-on approach
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
