As an integral member of the NCS Risk Management team, you will be reporting to the Senior Director, NCS Risk Management, supporting the reinvigoration and upskilling of the overall risk management culture and processes across business units.

Responsibilities:

• Implement the risk policies and standards and ensure effective implementation across Business units and functions
• Contribute to implementing an Enterprise Risk Management system by providing inputs such as risk profiling, practice guidance, quality monitoring dashboards, and risk escalation principles
• Facilitate the preparation/update of risk registers and risk reports to summarise the key risks and mitigations. The process entails identifying and assessing risk areas where gaps exist in policies or procedures and implementing appropriate mitigation plans
• Enhance risk management culture, deliver step-change in risk monitoring capabilities, goal alignment and execution to deliver immediate and long-term goals and objectives
• Develop/Update appropriate materials, facilitate and conduct training, workshops, and webinars for internal stakeholders to educate and drive awareness of various Risk Program
• Support ad-hoc projects such as Partnering with stakeholders on scenario planning exercises and validating risk and measurement models

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, IT, Engineering or equivalent professional qualifications
• Min. 7 years of experience in Risk Management
• Experience in defining, implementing, and drafting policies/standards on risk management will be preferred
• Proven track record in leading scenario planning exercises, implementing risk sensing capabilities and validating various risk and measurement models
• Able to work in a challenging business environment with proven capabilities in organizing, summarizing, and presenting complex information
• Experience in transformation & change leadership program
• Strong knowledge in risk management and control concepts, risk management practices and standards (e.g. ISO 31000, COSO), technology risks, environmental hazards and regulatory risks
• Knowledge of tableau, PowerBI, VBA, Python
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• A leader and a team player, enjoy working in a dynamic and multi-cultural team and business environment
