COMPANY OVERVIEWOur Client is an international payment brand.Job ResponsibilitiesYou will lead the development and execution of strategic partnerships to drive growth and expansion in the payments acquiring space. You will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing relationships with key partners, including financial institutions, fintech companies, merchants, and technology providers. Your role will be pivotal in driving business growth by leveraging partnerships to enhance the company\'s product offerings, expand its market reach, and increase revenue.Strategy Development

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the company\'s business goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential partners to expand the company\'s payments acquiring network.
Partner Relationship Management
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key partners, including banks, payment networks, fintechs, and technology providers.
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements that deliver mutual value.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring their needs are met and their relationship with the company is strong.
Collaboration and Integration
  • Work closely with internal teams (product, sales, legal, business finance, and operations) to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnerships.
  • Collaborate with product teams to co-develop innovative payment solutions that meet market demand.
Revenue Growth
  • Drive revenue growth by leveraging partnerships to increase transaction volumes, merchant acquisition, and market penetration.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships to ensure they meet financial and strategic objectives.
Market Intelligence
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the payments acquiring industry.
  • Use market intelligence to inform partnership strategies and ensure the company remains competitive.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field with at least 8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances within the payments, fintech, or financial services industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing high-value partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of the payments acquiring industry, including knowledge of payment gateways, processors, and related technologies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
