Castlery is seeking an experienced Quality & Compliance Senior Manager to join our team. This role will play a critical part in establishing and maintaining a quality and compliance framework that ensures our products meet the highest standards across all markets. You will be responsible for building comprehensive quality and regulatory standards, including sustainability compliance, setting performance goals for the quality team, and analyzing the voice of customers to drive continuous improvement. While the framework will be established under your leadership, execution will be primarily carried out by our teams/vendors in production locations.If you are passionate about quality, regulatory compliance, sustainability, and customer-centric improvement, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.What You\'ll Be Doing:Develop and Implement Quality Standards:

  • Establish and continuously improve a quality and compliance framework that aligns with Castlery\'s strategic objectives.
  • Create standards for product quality, regulatory compliance, and sustainability across all markets.
Sustainability Compliance:
  • Develop and implement sustainability compliance guidelines, ensuring all products and processes adhere to environmental standards and certifications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate sustainability practices into product development and manufacturing.
Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance:
  • Set goals for the quality team and establish metrics to monitor compliance with quality standards.
  • Ensure adherence to international regulations, including product safety, environmental regulations, and industry-specific requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain compliance with established standards.
Voice of the Customer Analysis:
  • Analyze customer feedback and product-related issues to identify recurring trends and root causes.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to deep dive into customer feedback and derive either preventive or recovery initiatives to address quality concerns.
  • Implement corrective actions based on customer insights and ensure that similar issues are prevented in future product development.
Collaboration with Regional Teams:
  • Provide strategic guidance to the local quality team, which will focus on executing the established standards.
  • Partner with product development, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
Risk Management:
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to product quality and compliance.
  • Develop corrective actions and preventive measures for quality and regulatory issues.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Drive a culture of quality and compliance within the organization.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes, quality standards, sustainability trends, and customer feedback, and adjust the framework accordingly.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance quality control processes, reduce non-compliance risks, and improve customer satisfaction.
What You\'ll Need:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in qality management, regulatory compliance, or sustainability, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of international quality standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM) and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience in analyzing customer feedback for quality improvement.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead initiatives and manage multiple priorities.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to assess risks, analyze customer feedback, and develop effective strategies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with cross-functional and regional teams.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is a plus due to close collaboration with the local quality team based in China.
