To direct activities of adidas stores and direct reports, to ensure sustainable and profitable sales growth whilst completely owning the financial plan from channel down to store level in line with country and SEA ambitions/budget
Work with key regional and local stakeholder to develop, implement and track retail operations processes, innovation and improvement projects

Key Responsibilities:
To co-define the Retail strategy for the country, in line with the SEA targets and priorities
Driving profitable market share growth of the Country Retail business
Meet or exceed agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI) targets for net sales and profitability
Lead and inspire Back Office Teams to exceed commercial goals and KPIs and build brand equity
Prepare weekly and monthly country and SEA retail related reports for analysis and insights to actions
Analyze and interpret retail trends across country
Devise reports to track KPIs and SSE driven retail operations priorities
Make regular Rolling Forecast for retail and SEA planning and submission
Track and Develop SIC monthly key actions plans to drive business growth
Perform productivity analysis to drive efficiencies (store, space, category, staff)
Consolidate all retail related reports for routine business updates
Track and benchmark (internally & externally) the markets\xe2\x80\x99 performance, identify areas in need of support and develop projects with the markets to improve performance
Key Lead for Retail Operations in country and APAC initiatives
Update and use reports such as GROW, IST, Store Visit Pack, MSTR
Drive Omni channel mindset in stores and enable teams to use Omni channel tools to the full extent viz. Ship From Store (SFS), Click & Collect, etc
Key Liasion to inter departments for any technical troubleshoot
Project lead for digital, OMNI, retail projects and initiatives (KRONOS, Thinktime, BITM, Smart Stores, Membership, Sustainability etc)
Project lead for APAC pilot roll out
Partner with Assistant Manager, Training to optimise all trainings (product; onboarding; service levels and APAC led programs)
Work with Area Managers/District Managers to ensure all training executed have positive measurements
Develop sales incentives and retail staff motivation programs
Coach and develop Area Managers/District Managers to ensure high quality performance
Key lead to manage recruitment across all Retail Stores
Ensure SIC development and progressions through various training program (in-country and/or APAC led)
Conduct where necessary disciplinary actions where required
Key lead Market Place Strategy to roll out plans with RD
Manage the opening process for new stores, by proposing new store locations, providing official sign-off for new stores (financial simulations, BPM submissions), and monitoring the operational processes related to the store opening (store development, layout planning, marketing, etc
Supervise and lead management of the store portfolio opening/closing and remodels
Landlord management of existing store leases and potential new locations
Key personnel to maintain the MAPP

Experience Requirements:
Degree in Retail Management or Business Management or related field
Strong leadership skills with a minimum 4-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in retail leading multi store retail teams
Strong knowledge of the footwear, apparel, retail industry
PC literature, excellent oral and written communication skills in English and local languages
