Roles & Responsibilities About this opportunity The Senior Manager, Sales Excellence, iTero APAC, is responsible for optimizing processes and providing guidelines and systems that support the sales force effectiveness in APAC. The individual is also responsible for the alignment of APAC iTero supply and demand with global S&OP team.

In this role, you will…
  • Lead the Sales Operations and Commercial Excellence organization in development of strategies, tactics and tools to help our commercial teams win in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Implement, automate and optimize the iTero funnel management process & dashboards in partnership with the iTero Country Sales Managers to help drive sales efficiency.
  • Will lead in development of necessary IT requirements to support the APAC iTero Sales force, and work cross-functionally with the relevant departments to ensure the requirements are met.
  • You will be responsible for the sales forecasting process and work with the countries to build robust and realistic sales forecasts. You will also identify Risks & Opportunities and provide clear reporting.
  • Lead the discussion with global S&OP team on APAC iTero supply and demand.
  • Collaborate with Global Commercial Ops to align global processes and measurements.
  • You will track/manage the backlog of contracts and provide the analysis, reporting and communications necessary to serve our customers in an efficient manner.
  • Develop reporting and measurements tools to identify trends and business status
  • Develop, implement, track the right sales incentive plans for iTero teams in markets.
  • Strengthen sales capability in the APAC region by analysing, identify gaps and implement programs to build selling skills, key account management, sales planning, negotiation etc among the sales force.
  • Promotion/Contracts – development of contracts with legal and execution of Apptus/ Docusign
  • Partners with stakeholders to provide analysis and insights on the Services business stream as it relates to services renewals, fulfillment.
  • Serves as liaison between sales and operations teams to develop concepts and coordinate process knowledge
  • Lead cross-functional projects targeted at optimizing Sales operations and sales effectiveness.
  • Lead the development of APAC Sales Compensation plans. Review the compensation plan throughout the year to monitor results and suggest improvements for the following year.
  • Work with FP&A to ensure Sales organization is paid accurately each quarter.

In this role, you’ll need …
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, MBA preferred
  • 10- 12 years commercial experience
  • Leadership – ability to build, motivate and manage a high performance customer oriented team
  • Sales management and medical device or medical equipment experience preferred
  • Track record of building sales processes, managing sales force effectiveness and
  • Must be able to develop and deliver effective presentations
  • Internal corporate, project management and execution and operational experience preferred
  • Project oriented / project driven background and a hands-on, roll up the sleeves attitude
  • Analytical mindset: wherever possible, you prefer to resolve questions through data and measurement
  • Comfort managing matrix organized teams and experience with international global enterprises
  • Effective problem - solving and mediation skills
  • Start-up and change management experience
  • Used to work independently with a high level of time management skills
  • Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
