Job Purpose

The Senior Manager, Security Ops is the Branch Head who is responsible to oversee security operations and procedures as part of overall efforts to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements, enhance workforce vigilance and strengthen PT network security. This position will require collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Security Ops, Senior Manager\'s duties and responsibilities are as listed below. Note that the list is not comprehensive and related duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.

• Plan and conduct threat analysis (TVRA) on physical infrastructure including evolving threats and provide inputs for possible mitigating enhancements.
• Manage overall security services contract and ensure planning and management of daily security operations across SMRT Premises & Network.
• Plan and validate of ground security measures through audits and inspections in relation to meeting system-wide regulatory Code of Practice (CP) requirements.
• Develop and review security processes and operations procedures.
• Plan and conduct security exercises (including red teaming exercises) and security awareness program to level up workforce vigilance and discipline.
• Collaborates with and provide support to external agencies in the management of meeting security requirements.
• Project management for security enhancement projects
• Lead and conduct security-related incident investigations as well as provide necessary assistance in Police investigations.

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Degree from a recognized institution
• At least 5 years\' experience in managing security operations
• Education background/ working experience in transport security is preferred

Skills

Technical skills include:

• Security-related certification
• Red Teaming Officer Training certification
• Proficient with MS Office applications - PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook

Generic skills include:

• Strong analytical thinking with good judgement and integrity
• Good written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good project management and organisational skills with an eye for details
