Come be a part of this journey if you\'re passionate about creating boundary-pushing work that drives behavioral change.You will be a part of HPB\'s Preventive Health Programmes & Rewards Division, Substance Abuse Department, which plans and implements the National Tobacco Control Programme through a multi-prong approach comprising public education, collaboration with partners, and the development of policies to encourage citizens to adopt a nicotine-free lifestyle. The ultimate goal is to help HPB achieve its vision of making Singapore a nation of healthy people and to establish itself as a local and international authority on health promotion.WHAT YOU CAN EXPECTAs a key member of Substance Abuse team, you will play an active role in conceptualising, planning, coordinating and evaluating public education and implementation of substance abuse prevention and cessation initiatives to reduce the prevalence of smoking and vaping in Singapore. Besides, you will have the opportunity to work with government and non-government organisations/private sector, to curate information and plans in support of the anti-vaping efforts.You will be involved in the following:Liaise with internal commissioned panel to plan, and deliver an in-depth national level vape research and content curation. With delivery of usable studies that can be implemented in SA\'s programmes initiatives.Coordinating and execute a centralised resource tendering project for provision of vendor services to support outreach effort that carry Substance Abuse Department initiatives, ending with an award to the successful bidder, thereafter, managing this project through coordinating with outreach departments in delivery the service accuratelyEstablish an overarching Substance Abuse message strategy in to be executed in support of the department\'s 5 years Strategic PlanEstablish and secretariat a HPB Tobacco Cadence to synchronise all internal stakeholders to the topic of SA\'s focusBE PART OF THE TEAMJoin us if you are a good team player with strong interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate with people at all levels, and the ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. You should also possess:Relevant work experience or background in Public Health, Health Promotion or Communications, Public Policy, Business Administration or a related field is advantageous.A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluating programs or services and a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing projects related to conceptualising and planning programs. Candidates with experience working with government entities, healthcare institutions, and service providers are preferred.Have the ability to initiate and manage nationwide projects and campaigns.Good communication skills, strong presentation and writing abilities, as well as strong negotiation and influencing skills.Experience in digital product development (e.g., app and systems development), data management, business analytics, and the PowerBI dashboard will be advantageous.About Health Promotion Board:Established in 2001, the Health Promotion Board\'s (HPB) vision is to build a nation of healthy people.
