Job Description
Overview: Work with the Sustainability team to formulate operational engineering solutions that address facility-specific, cluster-wide environmentally sustainable initiatives in the transition towards a low-carbon and climate-resilient economy. Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in detailed planning, design and review of the various Green Taskforces environmentally sustainable initiatives.
- Establish environmentally sustainable performance metrics of various entities to identify and recommend new cost-effective intervention approaches that will enable entities to show continuous environmental sustainability improvements.
- Pioneer and implement collaboration initiatives with niche Green technology and service providers
- Work with the various Green taskforces in developing and implementing Green initiatives that are in line with the Group\xe2\x80\x99s Sustainability framework.
- Minimally a Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Science or any other related building industry studies
- Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good interpersonal skills, meticulousness, and a strong desire to learn.
- Prior experience in building sustainability is required.
- Having an understanding of the building sustainability on healthcare services and workflows would be an advantage.
