We also drive the achievement of HPB\'s mission by enhancing the overall effectiveness of our people systems.What You Can Expect

• Organise, maintain and update talent management databases via viable platforms as needed and to ensure the accuracy and effective sharing of data across HROD functional teams.
• Develop a tailored career development plan for HPB talent, to record their experience, competencies and performance, fostering their professional growth within the organisation and public service.
• Support in the conduct of succession planning exercises at the Board level.
• Conceptualise the implementation of communication and engagement plan for the use of functional competencies for appraisal across the Board.

Be Part of the TeamJoin us if you are a dynamic and self-motivated individual with at least 8 years of experience in key HR functions especially talent management and performance management, and enjoys working in a highly matrixed, fluid and fast-paced environment. You should also possess:

• Relevant qualifications or experience in human resource management or related discipline
• Strong strategic thinking, conceptual, meticulous and a collaborative team player with good written and verbal communication skills
• Agile and comfortable with digitalisation and working with systems in keeping pace with the innovation and dynamic work environment.
• Highly resilient. Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and tight deadlines
