  • Drive cost efficiency, benchmarking, and working capital initiatives for business unit
  • Provide weekly / monthly / quarterly financial reporting and variance explanations to the Board, the management, and functions.
  • Provide management with timely, accurate, and insightful financial analysis to monitor business KPIs and financial results, enable key strategic decision-making
  • Work closely with various business as well as finance teams to understand overall business performance. Provide guidance to finance and business teams on impact to management reporting from various operations and business activities.
  • Support the other regional and country Finance teams in a variety of ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
  • Support growing business, able to balance between commercial viewpoint vs financial profitability in analyzing levers for optimisation
  • Drive monthly dialogue with country management and regional team
  • Coordinate & produce high quality forecasts that achieve business objectives
  • Robust and timely analysis of actual vs budget/forecast for the country
  • Optimisation of business profitability by managing various levers along with finance business partners
  • Drive automation/simplification of reports/processes in his/her areas
  • Work tightly with accounting team for management reporting and regional finance team for group / country communication


Job Requirements
  • Finance/Accounting graduate with minimum 8 years working experience, at least 3 years of which doing FP&A responsibilities in the FMCG/Retail/Tech environment
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, prefer someone who can work with big data
  • Strategic thinking but also hands on and able to deep dive into details as required
  • Great communication skills and able to present complex issues in a simple and structured manner
  • Strategic influencing skills to get alignment on proposals and drive them through
  • Capability to develop simple modelling, simulations, and experience in doing business cases
  • Demonstrates ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, humble and challenging mindset
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate flexibility as priorities change
  • Ability to work within tight timeframes
  • Prefer someone with knowledge and experience in SAP
