Conduct research, environment scans and analyse trends on socio-economic, intra- and inter-racial and religious issues both in Singapore and globally. Work closely with Muis, MENDAKI, PA MESRA, various government agencies and external stakeholders to develop and review community initiatives and events. Provide Secretariat support to the Minister-in-charge of Muslim Affairs and various inter-agency committees.What we are looking for:What we are looking for Work Experience At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Competency Requirements Clear and Concise Writing Express main ideas clearly and concisely in writing. Design for Implementation and Communication Formulates policies that integrate strategic communications considerations from inception, ensuring effective public engagement and understanding Develops practical policy solutions with a keen awareness of implementation challenges, balancing ideals with on-the-ground realities Stakeholders Engagement Strategically identify, analyse, and prioritise stakeholders across diverse domains, developing targeted engagement approaches. Build and maintain effective relationships with varied stakeholders, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and aligning partnerships with organisational goals. Data-driven Policy Analysis Utilises data analytics to review existing policies, programmes, and initiatives, assessing their effectiveness and impact Develops evidence-based recommendations for new or improved strategies, leveraging insights from complex data analysis Personality traits Strong organisational and coordination skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced working environment.
