What you will be working on:Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Attends and support regular meetings with AGC\'s in-house IT team and external vendors/consultants by providing information and brainstorming solutions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in the monitoring of issues till closure such as to gather required data and information and ensure that issues are promptly reported and resolved. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform initial user testing for system enhancements and updates to ensure quality of such deployments. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform formatting tasks and prompt SMEs to update AGC\'s existing collection of legal opinions, forms, precedents and research materials. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform updates and amendments to the official AGC taxonomy of topic tags and legis tags, and tags used in Portia only such as client tags, document type tags and division tags \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform basic maintenance of taxonomies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in coordinating with the Strategic Comms team to build internal comms in support of embedding KM principles, strategies and policies in organisational culture in various divisions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in liaison with various Divisions\' Legal Executives and ACAD\'s Knowledge Management (\xe2\x80\x9cKM\xe2\x80\x9d) Specialists embedded in the Legal Divisions for updates to knowledge compilations (e.g. charge templates, quick-packs, frequently occurring legal issues, sentencing benchmarks, litigation checklist) to update the KM library (e.g. Document libraries in AGC Intranet Portal).What we are looking for:Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Degree in Information Technology or Knowledge Management will be advantageous. \xe2\x80\xa2 Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or a Diploma in Adult Continuing Education (DACE) will be advantageous. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in a legal work environment managing key projects will be an advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of basic principles of law and/or knowledge management will be an advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in working with IT databases/document management systems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written). \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong stakeholder management skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good organisational skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Meticulous and details-oriented. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to think critically, work independently and maintain composure when working under tight timelines/stress. \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-motivated and able to continually update oneself on the rapidly changing technological and legal environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Mature and discreet - able to be trusted with potentially sensitive information.
