Senior Manager/Manager (Partnerships, Impact & Industry Digital Plans (PII), SMEs Go Digital)You will establish strong partnerships with agencies, industry players e.g. banks, telcos, and trade associations & chambers to grow the SMEs' adoption and utilisation of digital solutions supported under the SMEs Go Digital (SMEsGD) Programme e.g. Start Digital, Grow Digital initiative, including multiple-agencies initiatives e.g. Hawkers Go Digital, Heartlands Go Digital. Key responsibilities would include stakeholder management, product/project management, sectoral development, analysis of the adoption and utilisation of sector specific digital solutions. You will also involve in the development of industry specific IDPs through engagement with sector lead agencies, trade associations & chambers (TACs) and the industry to drive transformation of SMEs using digital technologies that lead to SME growth and productivity.Responsibilities

• Develop strong partnerships, formulate business strategies with agencies, industry players and trade associations & agencies to drive the adoption and utilisation of digital solutions
• Coordinate across agencies and internal teams to ensure strategy and alignment, curate and implement impactful projects under the SMEs Go Digital Programme, including availability of pre-approved digital solutions for IDP, Start Digital & Grow Digital
• Product planning including develop strategy, conduct analysis and track performance measures on initiatives under PII's portfolio
• Work with sector leads, consultancy firms and TACs to develop use cases, content and insights on how SMEsGD initiatives can be relevant in IDP sectors
• Secretariat to Task Force meetings managed by SMEs Go Digital including multiple-agencies initiatives such as Hawkers Go Digital
• Understand the industry, challenges and trends from the industry specific Industry Transformation Maps (ITMs), discussions with industry stakeholders and literature research
• Lead and facilitate the development of industry specific IDPs including engaging sector lead, trade associations & chambers, union and industry players, and seek stakeholder consultation and validation from meetings and workshops
• Develop collaterals including e-book, animation and case study interview videos for IDP launch
• Seek internal and external stakeholders at senior levels for endorsement of the IDP launch

Requirements

• Good writing and presentation skills
• Strong stakeholder management and working with broad spectrum of stakeholders from different vertical industries
• Strong communicator to be able to bring across clarity in technical solutions in small group setting or addressing a large audience
• Experience in product management and development or demonstrated past work experiences with international outlook
• At least 5 years of working experience, preferably with government agency experience
• Up to date knowledge of IT industry practices and solutions with strong aptitude for IT and Digital Solutions
• Domain knowledge of one or more key industries is a plus: manufacturing, land/air/sea transport, construction, environment services, security, early childhood, healthcare, financial services, legal, retail, food services/manufacturing, logistics, media etc.
• Proactive self-starter, is analytical, self-motivated, high energy and driven yet able to work well within a team and motivate the team
• Ability to multi-task, quick to adapt and able to work in fast pace work environment
• Background in Business, Computer Science or equivalent

Contract length: 12 monthsSalary: $4,900.00 - $11,000.00 per monthSchedule:
