Title: Senior Marketing Associate Educational & Work Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of professional experience. Independence Level, Reports to: Works under limited supervision. Normally reports to higher level marketing manager. Job characteristics: Support product development and maintenance through coordination of label creation. Responsible for coordinating label artwork from concept to completion and assisting in monitoring guidelines for product labels. Ensures that product labels are technically accurate, meet all regulation requirements, and are delivered in a timely manner. Assist in developing marketing & sales literatures for a new product or program launch. Leads projects for key business initiatives and responsible for taking the lead in trouble-shooting problems, process improvement related to the product literatures and label, partners with multiple functions to research the situation, identify the root cause, and provide recommendations for improvement. Creates proposals, presentations and print, audio/video and digital communications. Assists in the planning and execution of logistics for company meetings and seminars, special events, trade shows and other events. Supports team in executing trade shows, seminars, meetings, and sales collateral development. Responsibilities:

• Interacts with multiple business functions, including Marketing, RD&E, Regulatory Affairs and Supply Chain, in order to obtain all necessary information to be included in the content of the product literatures (Product Data Sheets, Brochures, Sell Sheets and labels.
• Uses specification system database (EPIC) on a daily basis to create and manage the product information and specifications.
• Effectively mines data in specification system for label specifications. Connects information and provides analysis to build understanding and create product labels ensuring that product labels are technically accurate, meet all regulations and are delivered in a timely manner.
• Researches and provides answers to questions from vendors, suppliers, business and cross-functional teams regarding label, SDS, Product Data Sheet issues.
• Monitors and improves label cycle time. Helps prioritize workload across the team to meet the project deadlines and report monthly progress.
• Drafts messaging for internal communication on division specific initiatives. Applies knowledge of product/ business/ company/ audiences and communication forms to create effective messages.
• Writes, edits, and designs print, audio/video and digital communications for the assigned products/services to achieve marketing goals for assigned products/services for product lines or market segments.
• Manages projects with outside vendors including vendor evaluation, project scope and deliverables, budgets and timelines. Effectively works with internal and external partners to ensure brand alignment and accuracy of materials. Communicates progress on project work
• Creates messaging and graphics for tradeshow, sales materials, advertising, PR, Web, etc.
• Actively owns personal career development. Works with manager to determine objectives and goal setting for PP+D process.
