About this role: The Senior Marketing Executive is a critical team player with a good understanding within the beauty industry. You are a data driven marketer who has strong understanding of creating and managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, including all social media channels. You You will be a part of a dynamic team to support the growth of DTB business.

What does success look like?

  • Manage a variety of end-to-end marketing campaigns (ATL/BTL) to drive awareness and leads. You\'ll be involved in the planning, segmentation, creative and execution.
  • Plan, execute and monitor social media calendar to strengthen social media presence (eg FB and IG).
  • Plan, post and repurpose content across our social channels.
  • Launch optimised online ads to improve web traffic and drive conversions in Google ads, Facebook, and any other paid digital channels.
  • Plan and copywrite eDMs to publicize promotions/activities to engage with target audience. This includes the monthly newsletter to key partners.
  • Summarising important marketing campaign performance, ongoing competitor analysis, customer buying and market trends/feedback and reporting to management.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and monitor trends of best practices and strategies in the management of online paid media, online marketing tools, applications, design, and strategy.
  • Update and maintain the brands website with new product launches, promotions, and other marketing assets. Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
  • Write compelling and high-quality website content, including long form blog posts and page descriptions that are optimised for SEO and our target keywords.
  • Provide input into promotional activities and marketing materials.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields with 5 years relevant working experience in Marketing.
  • Proficiency in operating major advertising and analytics tools including Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Google Analytics. Experience in LinkedIn Ads, Google Data Studio, or Google Tag Manager is a plus.
  • Prior experience in B2B marketing is advantageous.
  • Has a good knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and integrating keyword strategy into copy and content.
  • Good copywriting and experience in blogging would be an advantage.
  • Proven working experience in social media marketing.
  • Experience in website design and landing page creation.
  • Able to work independently and take initiative.
  • Able to consistently meet deadlines and problem-solve with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a team. This includes verbal communication and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast pace working environment.
  • Practical knowledge of Adobe Illustrator/photoshop is good to have.
