Responsibilities

Marketing

• Develop a marketing plan and implement ATL/BTL/TTL promotional campaigns to meet key business objectives
• Plan and manage marketing budget and calendar
• Work closely with sales team and other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to marketing campaigns

Social Media

• Plan and implement social media strategies and campaigns across digital platforms
• to achieve Company\'s objectives and drive consumer engagement
• Generate and manage content for social media platforms Facebook, Instagram,
• Tiktok, Youtube etc.
• Launch optimised advertisements through Facebook, Instagram etc. to increase
• product and brand awareness
• Maintain the social media calendar and publish content in a timely manner
• Handle enquiries and comments on social media platforms

Website Management

• Manage website and regularly update content, promotion mechanism and essential information
• Handle website project and liaise with vendor(s) for new website features and enhancements for good UI/UX
• Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and GoogleSearch Console, and implement data-driven solutions to improve website performance
• Respond to a variety of web-related requests across departments
• Digital Marketing (SEO/SEM)
• Manage SEO/SEM campaigns and optimised online adverts using Google Ads (e.g.
• Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite Insights)
• Generate digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to
• Develop optimisation plan

Others

• Provide administrative support and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications or Business
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience
• Experience with Meta Suite and Social Media Marketing
• Experience with analytics tools Google Analytics and Google Search Console
