RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns, inclusive digital marketing
• Planning and managing campaigns on social media
• Maintaining the website and looking at data analytics
• Strategies, plan and execute brand marketing & event marketing campaigns in a holistic manner that embraces sales and sponsorship
• Assist with website updates using CMS
• Writing and proofreading creative copy
• Vet artworks and collaterals, and ensure all information is accurate on our digital and non-digital marketing fronts
• Coordinating with designers and vendors for the design of artwork and printing of publicity materials
• Put together sponsorship proposals and identify relevant organisations to pitch to
• Must have the finger on the pulse in terms of industry trends, competition and the Singapore arts scene
• Assist with other marketing-related activities

REQUIREMENTS

• A Post Graduate Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Arts Management, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent is required.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must be articulate with excellent organizational skills, can multi-task & prioritize workload.
• Experienced in managing creative agencies is preferred.
• Must have hands-on experience with social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook and have experience in Social Media Advertising
• Familiar with video and photo editing software like Premiere Pro/FCP, Photoshop, Lightroom
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and must be resourceful
