Develop and execute social media marketing strategies that align with the company\'s goals and target audience
Create and curate content specifically for social media channels, including posts, stories, and visuals
Oversee the day-to-day management of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) to ensure consistent posting and engagement
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media, maintaining a positive brand image
Utilize analytics tools to track social media performance, make data-driven decisions, and optimize strategies for better engagement and reach Website, social media platform content writing and update
2. Public Relations (PR) and Media Relations
Create PR materials, such as press releases, media kits, and pitches to distribute to the media
Lead PR efforts to enhance the company\'s public image and reputation
Develop and implement PR campaigns, including press releases, media pitches, and crisis communication plans
Build and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts and outlets to secure press coverage
Arrange interviews, press conferences, and media appearances for the company
Monitor news coverage and mentions of the company, and proactively address any negative or damaging information
Manage marketing inventory for communication materials (social media, print, merchandising etc.)
3. Collaboration:
Assist with the development of marketing collaterals - work with in-house designer and external agencies to oversee designs and productions of marketing materials, POSM materials, traditional and digital media contents, PR publicity, and advertisements
Responsible to drive activities performances for one of Company\'s brands to meet objectives
Liaise with mall management on mall activities and advertising channels
Work closely with the operations team to manage their communication, promotional and marketing execution, and needs
4. Others:
Handle and manage 3rd party online delivery platforms
Manage the POS system menu and price changes.
Any other ad-hoc duties when required
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Business / Marketing or related disciplines or equivalent
Possess exceptional F&B industry knowledge and familiar with different strategies used by industry players and competitors.
Prior experience as a Senior Marketing Executive with digital marketing and/or agency experience
Strong proficiency in English and able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms
Proficient in Microsoft Offices; Familiar with Photoshop, Illustrator is a plus
Good at Multitasking and Resourceful, Creative, and Innovative
Team player who is passionate and able to work independently
May require to work during weekends and public holidays for promotion events.
