Social Media Management: Formulate and implement social media marketing strategies in accordance with the company\'s objectives and target audience. Develop and curate content exclusively for various social media channels, including posts, stories, and visuals. Supervise the day-to-day operations of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) to ensure consistent posting and engagement. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media, maintaining a positive brand image. Utilize analytics tools to track social media performance, make data-driven decisions, and optimize strategies for enhanced engagement and reach. Write and update content for the website and social media platforms.
Public Relations (PR) and Media Relations: Produce PR materials such as press releases, media kits, and pitches for distribution to the media. Lead PR efforts to improve the company\'s public image and reputation. Develop and execute PR campaigns, including press releases, media pitches, and crisis communication plans. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts and outlets to secure press coverage. Organize interviews, press conferences, and media appearances for the company. Monitor news coverage and mentions of the company, proactively addressing any negative or damaging information. Manage marketing inventory for communication materials (social media, print, merchandising, etc.).
Collaboration: Assist in the development of marketing collaterals, collaborating with in-house designers and external agencies for the design and production of marketing materials, POSM materials, traditional and digital media contents, PR publicity, and advertisements. Drive the performance of activities for one of the Company\'s brands to meet objectives. Liaise with mall management on mall activities and advertising channels. Work closely with the operations team to manage their communication, promotional and marketing execution, and needs.
Others: Manage 3rd party online delivery platforms. Oversee the POS system menu and price changes. Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
Possess a Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing or related disciplines, or equivalent.
Have exceptional knowledge of the F&B industry and familiarity with various strategies used by industry players and competitors.
Prior experience as a Senior Marketing Executive with digital marketing and/or agency experience.
Strong proficiency in English with effective written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
Good at multitasking, resourceful, creative, and innovative.
A team player who is passionate and able to work independently. May be required to work during weekends and public holidays for promotional events.
