Job Description


As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in shaping the marketing strategies for our businesses. You will be responsible for promoting our products and services, increasing brand visibility, and driving customer engagement. You\'ll work closely with operations and other teams to build and implement marketing campaigns that align with our company\'s objectives.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Market Research : Conduct comprehensive market research to discern prevailing trends, identify opportunities, and pinpoint customer needs.
  • Marketing Initiatives : Strategically plan and execute marketing events and initiatives in alignment with our brand identity and overarching strategic objectives.
  • Marketing Materials : Prepare detailed project briefs for the creation of marketing materials, including visual assets, brochures, advertisements, and web content.
  • Content Creation : Craft compelling copy for campaigns within our portfolio, ensuring that all copies are consistent with our brand guidelines.
  • Marketing Support : Provide assistance in the development of marketing initiatives, working closely with internal and external teams.
  • Social Media Management : Take charge of managing our social media accounts and execute social media campaigns based on predefined content plans.
  • Collaboration : Coordinate efforts with both internal and external teams to execute marketing activities and communication plans with a focus on driving conversions and achieving results.
  • Reporting : Prepare monthly marketing reports for stakeholders\' meetings, offering valuable insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • Information Dissemination : Ensure the timely, accurate, and clear communication of information to various departments prior to the launch of marketing campaigns.
  • Collateral Management : Keep all marketing communications and collaterals up to date, ensuring consistency and relevance.
  • Industry Awareness : Stay current with industry trends and best practices in marketing to remain competitive and innovative.
  • Customer Engagement : Handle customer feedback and queries across all online platforms, delivering responsive and customer-centric interactions.

Qualification & Experience:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the bakery or retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Analytical skills to assess marketing campaign performance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
