Job Summary

• 5 days\' work week (8.30am - 6.15pm)

• UP to S$4,200

• Location: East (Marine Parade)

Job Responsibilities:

• Annual strategic Marketing Planning, and continual improvement plans (monthly, quarterly basis).

• Development, production & management of events/marketing collaterals - Online & Offline, including the conceptualization of events & campaigns.

• Management and maintenance of company and subsidiary websites and online media platforms (eg, social media).

• Increase online presence with quality content and manage media communication/enquiries in a timely manner.

• Management of agencies/designers/contractors to co-ordinate design and development of in-house materials/visual designs/brand.

• Internal coordination of events/marketing activities for product launch for direct centres and subsidiary, including evaluation of events and marketing activities.

• External Coordination of events/marketing activities including periodic check at branches - display of marketing materials, branding signage, etc.

• Documentation and leads data management.

• Preparation of weekly/monthly compilation of data of new clients and prospects hit rates in monthly reports/ad hoc reports

• Plan and update of budget, actual, and previous year\'s data, as well as keeping track of marketing invoices and advise on provision when necessary.

• Ensure compliance to PDPA matters- updated personal data protection act and any media regulations; Keep up-to-date of parents/students\' agreement for marketing collaterals.

• Update corporate ID manual where necessary;

• Manage website / social media - QC article content and quality to be loaded on social media, handle enquiries in a timely manner.

• Check and pre-clear the usage of corporate branding in publicity by various SBUs,

• Handle marcom material required by various government agencies and media coverage.

• Work on corporate booklet, corporate gift and manage its inventory & distribution when needed,

• Organizing and attend monthly Combined Marketing Meeting (when assigned) and weekly/ fortnightly meetings.

Job Requirement:

• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.

• Good interpersonal skills and multitasking capability.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to work independently and in team settings
