Job Description

Our client is one of the leading Footwear brands. They design, develop and market a diverse range of lifestyle and performance footwear, apparel and accessories for men, women and children.

• Planning and preparation of Annual Marketing Budget.
• Develop the go-to-market strategy and integrated brand communication plans for selected countries
• Create and execute marketing programs for product launches based on a strong understanding of customer/user needs
• Lead and oversees Retail Marketing team for advertising and promotions for retail stores, including facilitating monthly retail campaigns with various departments to ensure smooth executions.
• Lead and oversees VIP Membership Program including CRM, communications plans, reward tiers etc.
• Lead and oversees Public Relation functions for the brands including agency management, media relations, influencers marketing, proof reading of press releases etc.
• Lead and oversees Digital Marketing team for brand outreach across online and social media platforms.
• Lead and oversees Graphic Design team for retail point-of-sale materials and brand collaterals.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders e.g. sales, e-commerce, products to keep various groups aligned and informed.
• Work closely with third parties e.g. media, agencies, landlords, banks/credit cards for best interest of company.
• Handle relevant marketing reports and liaison with regional and global headquarters.
• Any other responsibilities as the Company may deem fit from time to time.

Requirement:

• Proven track record with minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing; Communications; PR and/or Branding, preferably in the retail industry
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in English
• Strong digital and social media knowledge and experience
• Willing to travel
