The Role We are currently hiring a Senior Marketing Manager who will be responsible for driving strategic brand and digital marketing activities, including the direct responsibility of execution through close partnerships with internal teams, and other stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing strategic marketing campaigns and content strategies to help achieve business results
Ensuring that plans and messaging are aligned with business strategy, reinforce brand positioning, and are delivered effectively to targeted audiences
Designing and delivering scalable marketing programs and campaigns that provide value-added content that is suited to clients\xe2\x80\x99 and prospects\xe2\x80\x99 needs as well as interests
Supporting integrated marketing and communications across a variety of channels internal, external, digital, social, website, PR, etc.
Acting as a brand champion both internally and externally and ensuring full compliance with the brand guidelines and messaging across all solutions
Collaborating across teams to drive GTM strategy and support with collateral, resources and content for Sales and CRM.
Collaborating with different stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of strategic marketing plans including defining success criteria, measuring the effectiveness of initiatives, and reporting on results
Ensuring that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines and managing expectations with various stakeholders
Keeping up to date with market developments and competitor strategies.
Managing a team of 2-3 Marketing professionals
Ideal Profile
You have a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree as well as at least 4 years experience within digital marketing, including experience in both B2B and B2C within startups where you have created marketing campaigns for global audiences.
You have a good knowledge of various aspects of marketing, including brand marketing, content management, digital marketing & performance marketing. Prior experience in virtual event marketing would be a bonus.
You have a good understanding of analytical tools like Excel, Google Analytics and data visualization tools like Tableau, Powerpoint.
You have a good understanding of digital and social media channels like; LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
You have a good understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Display Ads and Performance Marketing metrics like CPL, CPC, ROAS, and others.
You have prior experience in graphic designing and Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and video editing.
You have experience working with International markets and multiple countries across Asia, Europe, US and Middle East.
You have a good understanding of Product Marketing, experience and knowledge in UX Design & Ecommerce will be a bonus.
You have excellent written & verbal communication skills.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
You are a strong problem solver and can work in a fully distributed international team
