About the opportunity
This role will be part of our Ceridian Singapore is seeking talented Senior Marketing Specialists to help our Asia based team create and execute engaging, responsive campaigns for our Award-winning Dayforce Human Capital Management Technology.
We are specifically looking for someone who are passionate executing on marketing tactics that generate response and will help us build sales pipeline. The successful individuals will bring their own experience of successful marketing techniques that they have executed within a B2B Technology environment.
Specifically, our new colleague will be involved in planning, executing, and measuring individual campaigns utilizing the full B2B marketing mix of events (face to face and virtual), content, digital, social and others.
In an extremely fast paced environment, our Marketing Specialist must have a positive attitude towards a constantly evolving and regularly shifting environment.
What you'll get to do

• Offer input and insight into strategic marketing planning activities
• Organize and oversee events, content and advertising campaigns
• Work with a wide range of internal stakeholders to help create, design, and distribute marketing collateral that converts
• Maintain relationships with vendors, agencies, and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
• Coordinate a mix of demand generation campaigns comprised of inbound marketing, online and in-person events, content syndication, digital marketing, and nurture campaigns
• Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and present results of performance
• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

Skills and experience we value

• BSc/BA/ BCom/ MBA, etc. in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline
• 5+ years' related marketing experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Understand of fundamentals of marketing technologies (e.g., CRM, Marketing Automation)
• Organizational skills to plan, execute and measure on strategy
• Familiarity with social media and web analytics
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Creativity and commercial awareness
• Graduates in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline
• Ability to balance multiple projects with competing priorities and tight deadlines
