Job Description
Our client is a global leading design and engineering MNC consultancy with strong presence worldwide. They have done numerous iconic projects both in building & infrastructure. They are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to manage projects in Singapore.
:
- Preparation of design report, calculation, drawings, specification, cost estimates and schedules for project assigned
- Assist Professional Engineer in preparation, liaison, and follow up with authority submission and approval.
- Liaison with stakeholders such as client, architects, other consultants throughout project.
- Implementation of QA/ QC and setting up the framework for drawing production
- Prepare CAD Drawings and BIM models
- Guide junior designers on drawing and BIM model production
- Any other duties as assigned
- Min Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (recognized by Professional Engineers Board)
- Min 5 years of experience in engineering and consulting environment (building projects).
- Familiar and adhere to Singapore codes and submission process.
- Excellent interpersonal, good written and verbal communication skills.
- Have good knowledge of common structural design software.
- Good project and time management skills, and strong analytical skills.
- Team player and able to work independently.
- Ability to work well under pressure and tight timeline.
