Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Senior Media Sales Manager to join us. The candidate will be responsible to build lasting connection with our customers and convert sales.

Job Purpose

The role of a Senior Media Sales Manager at TPM Outdoor is to sell advertising space to key clients and manage the relationships, including working with cross departments to ensure that the design and placement of the advertisements meet the needs of the client

Contribution

• Oversee performance for all locations within assigned area and meet or exceed sales target
• Ensure customer service and retention goals are successfully achieved with our key accounts
• Be the professional face of the organization and collaborate with internal and external partners

Job Responsibilities

A Senior Media Sales Manager joining the company must be able to travel as need for this position. We require candidate with business development knowledge alongside sales and marketing.

Sales Strategy

• Strategize and develop business opportunities to sell TPM’s Out-of-Home media assets.

Customer support

• Respond actively to key accounts including direct clients and agencies through enquiries.

Stakeholder relationship

• Source external vendors and coordinate with internal stakeholders to execute Out-of-Home advertisements
• Collaborate with owners and join site visits to develop new media locations.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job qualification and skills

• 5 years prior experience in the Out of Home advertising industry
• Relevant industry experience in sales
• Market research
• Proficient in communication and presenting to stakeholders
• Excellent in managing clients and customer service
• Language capabilities to engage with SME clients is an added Advantage
• Marketing strategy
