JOB REQUIREMENTS Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board Post-Basic/Bachelor Degree in Nursing with at least 3 years of experience as Nurse Manager Excellent managerial skills and exemplary leadership qualities Possess strong organisational abilities and good communication skills Ability to create a work environment that promotes staff productivity, satisfaction and efficiency
