[What the role is]
As a Senior Officer in ITE, your challenge is to formulate, review and implement policies and schemes in specific functional areas.
[What you will be working on]
You will be responsible for
- Planning, organising and implementing ITE\xe2\x80\x99s Continuing Education & Training intake. This involves working closely with other Depts and Colleges on intake matters like course offers and class formation, executing planned intake activities, liaising with government agencies on reporting and funding matters, publicity, procurement, audits and other day-to-day functions.
- Planning and organising ITE\xe2\x80\x99s Graduation Ceremonies. This includes supporting as Secretariat, liaising with graduates, managing cross-functional teams and vendors, developing action plans, producing collaterals and organising rehearsals.
[What we are looking for]
You should have:
- Excellent planning, organising and implementation skills.
- Relevant experience in operational work and enjoys managing events.
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and initiative.
- Ability to work well independently and in teams, with good writing and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with using IT systems.
