What the role is:[What the role is]As a Senior Officer in the HRM team, you will provide support for the implementation of initiatives for STB\'s Green Harvesting efforts. In particular, you will independently handle the recruitment, onboarding and offboarding of interns. You will also support the HR Business Partner and the HR team to fulfil the HR needs of the line units in STB HQ as well as Regional Offices.[What will you be working on]The job scope includes but is not limited to the following areas:

  • Operationalise and lead STB\'s internship programme through providing end to end support such as marketing, selection, recruitment, onboarding, and engagement of interns. This includes revamping the internship selection process and criteria and automating it where possible.
  • Work closely with the Manager to support STB\'s recruitment efforts for Management Associates and scholars such as marketing and publicity efforts, interview schedules and provide administrative and logistics support for onboarding
  • Liaise with line units on end-to-end recruitment of In-Market Staff (IMSes) and assist in any review of manpower requirements, in particular for the Southeast Asia (SEA) Regional Offices
  • Support the posting and de-posting of HQ officers to SEA markets
  • Ensure timely processing of HR-related processes for SEA market e.g. contract expiry and/or renewal, on-boarding/off-boarding, retirement, re-employment etc.
  • Ensure proper record keeping of staff information
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned
