About the Department
The Credit and Risk Management function is comprised of three teams: Risk Management, Credit and Special Asset Management. We manage the risks arising from the Group’s business activities within the risk appetite established by the Board. This involves identifying and evaluating the risks, developing effective risk governance and strategies as well as providing independent assessment of the overall risk profile.
Job Responsibilities
Attend to product enquiries/deviation requests by Client Advisors, Treasury / Insurance Specialists, Portfolio Counsellors, Business Directors
MIS data extraction / analysis / reporting across the various leverage product portfolios.
Track portfolio performance against program caps and prepare periodic / ad-hoc reports on the respective portfolios.
Prepare presentation decks, various compliance assessments & control tests, SOP, training materials, process maps etc and to ensure that all the documentation are kept up to date.
Coordinate and liaise with all stakeholders on their inputs to review / prepare / maintain / update all 3 products’ documents and process workflows.
Follow through with relevant stakeholders to renew product programs promptly and obtain stakeholders’ approvals before product rollout.
Communicate to Sales / Wealth Management / stakeholders on new product launch, product enhancement parameters and regulatory requirements (if any).
Maintain / change of product templates to facilitate loan processing.
Follow up with Group Legal/Group Compliance/ORM/Group Credit/CCRM on issues raised for advice.
Participate in discussion with Customer Franchise – Market Analytics, PARM to analyse data to enable daily/monthly tracking
Assist the team in pursuit of projects / digitalization initiatives for streamlining and efficiency on processes for our customers
Participate in UAT testing for system enhancement and compliance assessments and control tests
Attend to ad-hoc duties and projects as and when assigned
