JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide strong operational support such as checking, validation, rate fixing, settlement for Time Deposits, Time Placement, Interest Rate Swap, FX Spot, FX Forward, FX Swap, Interest Rate Swaps, Bond and Repo Processed FX / MM transactions and prepared all payments via SWIFT Checked and matched all MT messages (eg MT300/MT320/MT541 etc) Nostro position keeping for all currencies. Set up new counter party account (Account opening) Maintained Standard Settlement Instruction Prepare monthly reports to Head Office and MAS (eg DTCC etc) Prepare and process remittances Process and process Corporate Deposit Prepare and process Audit Confirmation will be an advantage Process Account Opening will be an advantage Prepare and process Loan will be an advantage Any Ad-hoc duty assigned by superior

REQUIREMENTS

Degree or equivalent, with at least 5-6 years of experience Knowledge of local regulatory requirement Good knowledge of Money Market product Good skills with SWIFT system and MS Excel are essential Strong interpersonal skills with good attitude
