Plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project working on.
Organize, attend and performing as the secretariat role of project meetings.
Participating in new built project, assist in project management role during the design, tender, construction and post construction stages of the projects.
Participate in design specifications and prototype workshops, and coordinate the user acceptance test, user training, user change management, pre-implementation preparation and post-implementation support activities.
Responsible for the day-to-day facilities and maintenance operations of existing facilities.
Facilitate and ensure contractors/vendors complete repair and maintenance work to required timelines and standards.
Knowledge of using computer aided management software in facilities maintenance.
Assist in conducting technical review of each consultant\xe2\x80\x99s proposals to ensure design is optimal, fit-for-purpose and within the approved budget.
Coordinate, supervise and assist in major renovations, additions and alterations works, capital replacement works and the like to successful completion.
Track construction progress and anticipate critical issues, potential problems, risks and alert the HOD on necessary actions and recovery plans.
Coordinate work as necessary with other departments to minimize inconvenience to operations, anticipate safety problems and operating expenses.
Take lead to source for quotations from contractors for major and minor capital infrastructures/building improvement works, get approval from HOD and supervise work when assigned.
Managing of outsource vendors and contractors including tracking and feedback of their performance and quality of services.
Facilitate the supervision of operation staffs, through training and guidance. Planning and overseeing the manpower deployment (roster and scheduling) of staff in the department.
Participate in Fire Safety management, training and exercises. Assist to set up and maintain the CERT teams for all the branches.
May need to respond and attend to Emergency events whenever occurred (Fire Alarm, Power trip, Water leakage issues, etc.), including off-duty hours.
Knowledge of F&B supervision works, licensing requirements and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene is a plus.
