Job Description


:

The jobholder is responsible for the liaison, coordination and implementation of community, publicity, active ageing/wellness programmes and compliance-related tasks, assisting the Head of the Department to ensure smooth operations.

Community outreach, Partnership and Publicity

  • Plan, develop and evaluate the effectiveness of evidence-based programmes/initiatives in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams for the residents
  • Establish collaborations with relevant community partners to extend the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s outreach and maintain good working relationships and support networks
  • Volunteers\xe2\x80\x99 activities and events management
  • Contribute quality and relevant publicity content to support the head office\xe2\x80\x99s publicity team
Operations
  • Coordinate Ops & Nursing consumables-related procurement process in accordance with SOPs
  • Facilities & Contracts management
  • Fixed assets management
  • Service requests management
  • Staff dormitories management
  • Support inventory and cost management
  • Licenses and Permits management
  • Incident & Stakeholders management
  • Tier one IT support and IT inventory management
  • Support supervisee(s) assigned (if any)
Compliance
  • Support Data protection efforts in ensuring good practice
  • Support Work Place Safety (WSH) and Enterprise Risk management
  • Ensure compliance to fire safety requirements and timely response to Fire Decam System by duty staff
  • Safety and Security Watch Group (SSWG)/ SG Secure requirement
  • Support BOL Homes\xe2\x80\x99 Nursing Licence Inspections and BOL review requirements
Other Duties
  • Perform Secretariat duties, including minutes taking, developing, improving and compiling Department SOPs, budget tracking, and maintaining committee records involving the Operations Department
  • Support infectious disease control/ pandemic management
  • Any other relevant duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in any general discipline. Psychology, social work, gerontology and healthcare-related course are preferred. Candidates without a degree but with relevant experience are welcome to apply
  • Preferably at least 3 years of working experience in operations, project management & liaison work in a residential care facility
  • Will be required to participate in vaccination/ infectious diseases control regimes required by MOH for in-situ staff serving in ILTC setting
  • Possess good report writing skills
  • Independent, tactful, cultural competence, resourceful, team player and able to perform under pressure
Qualifications:
