Roles & Responsibilities
HR and Admin Director
- Fully responsible for the company's day-to-day HR Operation and administration duties,
- Responsible for the entire Human Resources who oversees the entire HR Strategy, HR Processes Operations, Benefits, Performance Management and Payroll for the group.
- Develop HR strategies for the group and oversee the execution of all HR programs and initiatives
- Conduct annual benchmarking exercise and analysis
- Provide advice, consultation, and coaching for senior management, department managers, and team managers on strategic and day-to-day matters
- Bachelor degree or above in human resource management and business management or related fields;
- At least 12 years of HR experience, preferably with 5 years in the e-commerce or shipping industry
- Ability to grasp issues and business realities quickly and establish a rapport with all stakeholders at all levels
- Positive advocate needed to successful handled HR related issues
- Strong influencer and skilled in successfully communicating with people at all levels
