Responsibilities: . Reporting to the CEO . Develop and execute an immediate 6 to12 month staffing strategy and budget in collaboration with the CEO. . Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, employee engagement and performance management . Manage recruitment, screening and selection process . Prepare employment contracts and HR letters . Carry out salary review and annual performance appraisal exercises . Strategic planning with the CEO of expansion . Manage employee's monthly payroll, CPF submission, IR21, IR8A Year Income Tax assessment Requirement: . At least 1 year experience as an Assistant or HR Manager . HR experience in a start-up is an advantage . Vibrant and open mindedness attributes .
