Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the business and financial success of the restaurant operation by applying controls that include food, labour and misc cost
- Prepare restaurant schedules and ensure it generates productivity, keeping under the given budget
- Ensure all operational work in the outlet is in compliance with the SOP
- Inventory control - ordering and stocktake
- Submission of weekly and monthly reports in relation to the restaurant performance
- Other ad hoc operational duties and responsibilities assigned by the management
- Have relevant experience in handling single or multiple outlets
- Able to Work Shifts / Weekends / Public Holidays
- Basic skill in excel, words and PowerPoint
- Eager to growth himself/herself for bigger roles in the company.
