Responsible for the business and financial success of the restaurant operation by applying controls that include food, labour and misc cost
Prepare restaurant schedules and ensure it generates productivity, keeping under the given budget
Ensure all operational work in the outlet is in compliance with the SOP
Inventory control - ordering and stocktake
Submission of weekly and monthly reports in relation to the restaurant performance
Other ad hoc operational duties and responsibilities assigned by the management
Requirements:
Have relevant experience in handling single or multiple outlets
Able to Work Shifts / Weekends / Public Holidays
Basic skill in excel, words and PowerPoint
Eager to growth himself/herself for bigger roles in the company.
