Your role:

You will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation and execution of sales plans, partner plans, market research and sales administration and execution to grow the company revenue, predominantly through Partners and System Integrators (SI) and to increase the brand name recognition of Quadient in the responsible region. In conjunction with the senior sales team, you will be responsible for supporting sales goals including new, renewal and services business. Your position will be a sole contributor, quota carrying role.

The Senior Partner Sales Manager reports to the current Regional President or its delegate.

  • You will undertake market research focused on driving revenue and sales goals, administering range of sales activities and functions in conjunction with the regional sales leadership.
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll meet or exceed sales goals while accurately forecasting and tracking pipeline and revenue from partners.
  • You will support Quadient\xe2\x80\x99s partner program, assisting in the development and execution of Partner Sales and Marketing programs, in conjunction with the regional sales and marketing leaders.
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll help ensure Quadient is the preferred CCM brand inside the Partners & SI\xe2\x80\x99s and assist in recruiting new SIs and Partners.
  • You will collect and escalate partner feedback to influence Quadient\xe2\x80\x99s product and sales roadmap.
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll provide pricing for partner opportunities and manage necessary approvals.
What you bring:
  • You can demonstrate 3 to 5 years sales experience in BDR, SDR or sales roles with experience in the Software industry, preferably in Customer Communications Management, Web content Management, Marketing management or similar data driven IT solutions.
  • You might have a sales background in Customer Communications centric BPO or service providers, or in large system integrators with experience in CCM, Digital Marketing, WCM and similar applications, if so we encourage you to apply.
  • You have demonstrable experience working with partner and systems integrators such partners could be for example, Canon, FujiFilm, Accenture, Cap Gemini, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, HCL.
  • You are experienced in account research and planning, partner planning, pipeline generation, deal cadence and activity management and CRM skills (Salesforce preferred but not mandatory)
  • You feel comfortable presenting to internal and external audiences, and you have demonstrable success in working within a cross-functional environment.
  • You can demonstrate knowledge and understanding of marketing concepts and strategies as well as customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs.
  • You have excellent communication skills and you\xe2\x80\x99re fluent in both written and spoken English and a fluency at a business level in Chinese/Mandarin; you can demonstrate your ability to communicate complex issues into everyday language.
  • You hold a degree in Business Management, Marketing or Information Technology or commensurate training and experience.
