Job Description
: * Provide excellent frontline customer service to our customers and meticulous administrative support in the Specialist Outpatient Clinics * Responsible for registration, paymen : Provide excellent frontline customer service to our customers and meticulous administrative support in the Specialist Outpatient Clinics Responsible for registration, payment collection, appointment scheduling, offering advice on hospital charges and services, as well as other administrative duties Conduct basic patient assessments such as height and weight, temperature, pulse, respiration and blood pressure measurements Provide assistance to doctors and patients in the consult rooms (e.g Perform wound dressing for inspection and provide instructions on laboratory tests) Requirements: Minimum N Level qualification A customer-oriented team player with good interpersonal skilss Relevant work experience in healthcare, hospitality or service industries will be an advantage Required to work staggered hours Able to work on weekends/Public Holiday Candidate must be fully vaccinated with Covid-19 vaccinations Only shortlisted candidate will be notified
