KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

As a Senior Performance Analyst, you will be focused on ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of investment performance and analytical reporting for various stakeholders that include Portfolio Managers, Client Groups (Sales and Marketing) and Senior Management.

• Help manage a team of performance analysts as well as relationship with outsourced service providers
• Continuously identify areas of improvement implement changes including but not limited introducing new capabilities
• Lead enhancement projects on value added reports
• Represent performance team and improve engagement model with stakeholders to provide targeted high impact performance related services
• Produce performance insights/ reporting for senior management
• Review performance and portfolio analytics for use in client reports
• Attend to requests/ queries from fund managers, client portfolio managers, sales & marketing on performance and attribution
• Collaborate with Transition team and the Sales team for all transition activities (onboarding of new funds, asset transfer, fund termination, etc.)

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contribute to the preparation of management reports on fund performance covering all local business units in the Asia region
• Enhance control framework and incident management workflow

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

• 10-15years relevant experience in a performance team lead or similar role
• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or similar field
• CIPM or CFA is preferred
• In depth knowledge of portfolio analysis including performance calculation methodologies
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, comfortable with complex formulas
• Experience in using Morningstar Direct
• Strong Excel skills and programming language (particularly Power Query, DAX, or SQL) is highly desirable
• Experienced with Microsoft Power Platform (i.e., Power BI, Power Automate).
• Experience in business intelligence, data analysis and/or data visualization preferred

• Ability to work in a high pressure environment with tight deadlines
• Ability to manage stakeholders across various levels and business areas
• Ability to multi-task and with strong attention to detail
• Language skills \xe2\x80\x93 English required, fluency in one or more Asian languages will be a plus
