Job Description
You will be part of a team responsible for leading the processing of prescriptions, medication management, patient education and other administrative duties in the outpatient pharmacy setting.You will be responsible for:
- providing pharmaceutical care services by ensuring optimal patient outcomes
- providing safe and efficient pharmacy services (counselling and dispensing) services to ensure that drugs are dispensed accurately according to protocol and legal requirements
- ensuring smooth daily operations and profitability of the pharmacy at the polyclinics
- the training and supervision of pharmacy staff and students
- Degree in Pharmacy and registered as a Pharmacist with Singapore Pharmacy Council
- Work experience in direct patient care is an advantage
- Possess good initiative, drive, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Possess good organizational, analytical, problem-solving skills
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Able to work effectively in a team
- Relevant clinical competencies, medication safety
- Soft skills - eg: communication skills, coaching/mentoring skills, etc
- Supervisory and leadership skills, quality improvement, change management, etc
