Job description:

  • Provide technical training to regional distributors and their agents to ensure that HQ’s repair/servicing quality standards are implemented and achieved in their respective countries.
  • Provide training opportunities to ensure Casio Singapore’s Engineers, Technicians and Customer Service agents are equipped with adequate skills to deliver good customer service experience and quality repairs.
  • Facilitate communicate between Japan HQ and CSP Customer Service Division and identify new challenges at CSP through information sharing.
  • Liaison with Japan HQ on Service Technical Training and building of Service System in the region.
  • Disseminate information from Japan HQ and ensure thorough understanding and execution of HQ’s directions.
  • Work closely with local Customer Service Manager and HQ Customer Service Division to plan and implement divisional work themes and structure.
  • Plan and manage division’s budget and ensure efficient utilisation of resources and profitability of the division.
  • Analysis monthly divisional performance and ensure timely submission of reports to Japan HQ.
  • Innovate and explore other areas of business to improve the profitability of the division.
  • Keep abreast of industry’s development and formulate strategies to counteract competitors’ actions.
  • Require to travel to regional countries on a need to basis.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 10 years relevant working experience and at least 5 years at Supervisory / Managerial Level
  • Experience in budgeting and managing Profit & Loss and financial reporting
  • Good project management, coordination and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Skills especially PPT and Excel
  • Proficient in Japanese language (JLPT N1), able to read, write and converse fluently in both Japanese and English to liaise between Japanese HQ and its overseas subsidiaries. Translation of English reports to Japanese version is a must for management reporting purposes.
