SUMMARY OF ROLE
The Senior Pre-Sales Design Quality Specialist will execute on a variety of quality-related programs within the Systems Design Engineering Department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform Quality Control and Quality Assurance activities to improve overall customer experience
• Audit designs for accuracy and compliance
• Meet the required number of audited designs based on the business requirement
• Work with the management team to provide coaching opportunities to the Design Team
• Monitor and develop systems that ensure quality products are generated from design processes
• Generate quality-related standard operating procedures for production teams
• Perform rework deep-dives and extract key process deficiencies
• Create and utilize reports and dashboards within Salesforce and Qlik Sense for data analytics
• Generate process maps and related documentation
• Comply with company policies and job expectations
• Be open to change, creative, optimistic, and set the example for team culture

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 
  Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in Root Cause and Corrective Action Analysis, Problem-Solving techniques, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent
• Knowledgeable in the Residential Pre-Sales Design process
• Proficiency in Aurora Solar, Satellite Imaging Map Tools, Microsoft Office suite, Salesforce
• Interpersonal skills – ability to communicate effectively and interact within a team environment
• Analytical skills – ability to analyze data and trends effectively
• Decision-making skills – ability to assess risks and make informed decisions

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

• 
  Able to work upright and stationary and/or standing for working hours
• Able to communicate, receive, and understand information and ideas with diverse groups of people in a comprehensible and reasonable method
• Able to use and learn standard office equipment and technology with proficiency
• Able to work in the nightshift, weekends, and holidays
