The Design Lead is a senior role, and the potential candidate should be decisive and excited to help drive the Design Team forward we need someone who will never tire of pushing the work to be better. Passionate about working in an agile, diverse, global team, able to reimagine tomorrow and deliver solutions that solve real problems, always approaching ideation with a bias to action. .You will:Drive an experience-led approach & creative output across a range of innovative & disruptive projectsDiscover new opportunity areas & what they mean for Dell, build UX simulations that showcase future experiences, and translate our thinking into tangible next steps for the businessLead complex projects to explore coming technology & experience inflection points and the opportunities they createWork with a multi-disciplinary creative & technical team to integrate different skills and methodologies into collaborative effort and great outcomesMentor and grow other designers in the teamTake the first step towards your dream career

Heres what we are looking for with this role:Essential RequirementsProven track record of driving experience-led Innovation - leading interdisciplinary teams in creating outstanding experiences that solve complex problemsGreat pedigree in user experience and integrated experience design, having worked at the intersections of HW & SW design, you will inspire the design team to think big and explore new ideasHighly comfortable working within ambiguity - bring a strategic mindset to explore long-term, ambiguous opportunities and help make them concreteStrong experience influencing senior executives on what, how and why solutions need to be delivered in a certain wayHighly collaborative we need someone who will not just listen but anticipate the needs, concerns, and input from teammates and stakeholders across departmentsDesirable Requirements

• Have deep knowledge and practical experience in hardware and software design, from concept creation to development and release
