Senior Procurement Executive ($4000 $5500/aws/vb)

Job Description
$5500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- Solicit best bids in accordance with the company\'s standard procurement policies and procedures.
- Organize technical and commercial clarification meetings with vendor if required.
- Prepare Commercial Bid Evaluation reports for vendor short listing and selection.
- Prepare purchase contracts, to address clearly the agreed specification requirements, terms and conditions.
- Manage Purchase Contracts to ensure vendor fulfilling the entire contract obligation.
- Monitor post purchase order activities such as vendor\'s design and engineering progress, manufacturing progress, delivery status and etc.
- Expedite for vendor data and drawing submission.
- Resolve with vendor for any discrepancies or deviation found in the material delivered.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Degree or diploma in any Engineering field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in oil & gas/ shipyard/ marine & offshore industry is a plus.
- Flexible and proactive attitude.
