As a Senior Procurement Manager, the role involves developing, managing and delivering sourcing strategies to achieve the business\'s objectives for its indirect categories. The role also oversees contract and negotiation management with strategic suppliers.

Description

As a Senior Procurement Manager, the individual will be managing the indirect categories of the business. The role involves being responsible for the end to end procurement processes which includes contract, supplier, negotiation and logistics management.

Additional Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing and providing sourcing strategies in the assigned categories.
• Conduct rationalization of suppliers for categories in scope to maximize and optimize overall leverage with supply base.
• Perform routine reviews of supply market trends and analyze spend to improve category strategies.
• Establish relationships with key players in the organization to gain knowledge of possible categories and sourcing possibilities.
• Work together with internal stakeholders to make sure the right strategies are implemented and to foresee future needs that are consistent with corporate strategy.
• Collaborate closely with your business partners in procurement to implement sourcing plans and value-added initiatives.

Profile

• Individuals with a degree in engineering, supply chain or any related discipline is highly advantageous.
• More than 6 years of experience in Procurement and Indirect services is a plus.
• Experience in logistics management is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge in sourcing, contract management and negotiation is a plus.
• People management experience is advantageous.
• Great communication skills and strong business acumen is a plus.
